These terms apply to orders placed on hiblow.com.au with Hiblow Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 79 169 279 298), Unit 6, 3 Marina Close, Mount Kuring-gai NSW 2080. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Products and prices
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, unless marked as trade or ex-GST pricing for account holders.
- Spare parts can be bought online. Pumps are sold by enquiry and we will confirm the price in writing.
- We try to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If an item is priced incorrectly, we will contact you before sending it, and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Product photos may show a representative item. Check the model number and datasheet before ordering.
2. Ordering and payment
- Online orders are paid by card at checkout through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive a receipt.
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or cannot be supplied. If we do, we refund you in full.
- Card payments carry no surcharge.
3. Delivery
- We deliver within Australia only.
- Postage is $15 for standard post or $30 for express post per order (inc GST), chosen at checkout.
- Orders usually leave our warehouse the same or next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
- Delivery times after dispatch depend on Australia Post and are estimates only.
- Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us in writing within 48 hours of delivery if anything is missing or damaged in transit, so we can claim with the carrier. This does not reduce your rights under the consumer guarantees.
4. Returns and refunds
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong part, or no longer need an item. We are happy to help you choose the right part before you order.
- This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. If the failure is not major, we may choose to repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
- To return a faulty item, contact us first (section 6). We will cover reasonable return postage for faulty goods.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
5. Consumer guarantees
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every purchase, and nothing in these terms excludes them. Details of our product warranty, and how to make a claim, are in our warranty against defects.

7. Business customers
Where goods are bought for a business, and are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal or household use, our liability is limited (where the law allows) to repairing or replacing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so. Trade account holders are also bound by their account terms.
8. Quotes and trade accounts
- A quote is not an offer. Quoted prices can change until we accept your order in writing, and apply only to the full quantity quoted.
- Trade account holders are bound by the terms of their approved Commercial Credit Application. In summary:
- Invoices are due 30 days from the end of the month of invoice (30 days EOM). Trade prices exclude GST unless stated.
- If an account is overdue, we may suspend supply, withdraw credit, and charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate prescribed for judgment debts under the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW). Reasonable costs of recovering overdue amounts are payable by the customer.
- Goods remain Hiblow's property until paid for in full, and we may register our interest under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
- Risk passes on delivery. Shortages or damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the account terms and these terms differ, the account terms apply to trade orders.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the website when you order applies to that order.
